Dr. Hasama is a Senior Researcher in the Human-Built Environment Interaction Team at Kajima Technical Research Institute Singapore. His research background is in the field of built environment and wind engineering with high-accuracy airflow simulations using high-performance computing, especially for thermal comfort, pollutant dispersion, wind load and aerodynamic instability. He is currently focusing on research in the field of well-being, especially on occupant behavior change, based on the use of agent-based modeling for people flow simulation research for building and urban spaces.
