Fook Ngian LEE

LEE Fook Ngian is the Head of the CoolNUS Programme at the National University of Singapore (NUS). With expertise in architecture and urban development, he brings a strong background in sustainable design to his current position. In his previous role, Fook Ngian played a pivotal role in campus planning projects, including the development of notable facilities such as University Town and the Medicine and Science Precinct. Currently, he is focused on the CoolNUS project, collaborating with researchers from the College of Design and Engineering (CDE) to improve outdoor thermal comfort and create a climate-resilient campus environment through the use of comprehensive sensing technologies and infrastructure measures. Fook Ngian's leadership and dedication to sustainability contribute to fostering an environmentally friendly campus at NUS.
